練習方式:
1,練習者,需找來至少1位以上的聽眾,該聽眾扮演的角色,是評審與監督,待練習者說完後,聽眾需檢查練習者有無說漏的部份,以及練習者的流暢度,提出反饋。
2,期間,練習者不得看稿,聽眾不可以打斷練習者的口說,直到結束。
3,整個流程,至少重複3次。
Q:
Some people argue that a good leader should be well-organized while others believe the ability to motivate people is more important. What is your opinion on this topic?
Use reasons and examples to support your argument.
A:
There is no black and white answer to this topic as both organization and motivation are impotant
in a good leader.
However, I think most of all it is vital to be superbly organized.
I have worked in several companies and the most successful have been those where the office
itself looks tidy and neat. As the old English saying has it,
"A place for everything and everything in its place".
Um...also, even more importantly, members of staff shoud know exactly what their duties and how
they are expected to spend their day - what kind of tasks and so on.
A leader with good organizational skills will give staffs things to do based on their particular talents.
Someone maybe a bit shyer but with good English skills can write emails and letters.
Overall, while I think it is excellent to have an inspiring leader,
I believe that success begins with good organization.
