練習方式：
1，練習者，需找來至少1位以上的聽眾，該聽眾扮演的角色，是評審與監督，待練習者說完後，聽眾需檢查練習者有無說漏的部份，以及練習者的流暢度，提出反饋。
2，期間，練習者不得看稿，聽眾不可以打斷練習者的口說，直到結束。
3，整個流程，至少重複3次。
