1，練習者，需找來至少1位以上的聽眾，該聽眾扮演的角色，是評審與監督，待練習者說完後，聽眾需檢查練習者有無說漏的部份，以及練習者的流暢度，提出反饋。
2，期間，練習者不得看稿，聽眾不可以打斷練習者的口說，直到結束。

俗話說，外在形象在商務場合至關重要，尤其一個人的儀表外觀，會影響其在工作上能獲得多大的成功。你對此有何看法？

This is a controversial but fascinating topic.
I agree with this statement on the whole.
If you are clean and neat in appearance, this will reflect well on your company,
and people will respond to you better.
This is especially important if you are 'on show', for example, as a salesperson or on what is
called 'front of house' duties such as greeting clients or acting as a hotel receptionist.
I recently read a report which said that another person will form an opinion of you within twelve seconds.
This obviously has to do with dress but also with body language and general confidence -
your smile, handshake and voice. I alsot think that the ability to put someone at their ease is essential
and this involves listening well and responding genuinely to what they have to say.
All in all, I would say that it is a good idea to look smart if you go out in public to meet others.
